I am a long time customer of the Beverly location since opening. Buona is one of my favorites. I get food there 2-3 times a month. I've never had a negative experience. Today was the first time that I ordered online using the app. It was great. I will be ordering via the app more frequently.

I’m leaving this review as I’m leaving the restaurant at 6:17 pm on 7/24/24. Excuse me if I’m not being politically correct but I forgot her name but the African American lady on the left side of the drive thru was extremely professional. I had an issue with redeeming my birthday rewards she spoke calmly and carried herself extremely well. She made the process very clear explained the rewards program and really showed elite professionalism and communication. She was also very nice and understanding. As usual the food is great but I felt I needed to leave kudos here as professionalism in the service industry seems to be hit or miss. Thanks!!!!

The employees at this location are very nice and helpful. 1 employee informed me on the new application and was able to redeem my birthday beef sandwich. Overall, food was good and the customer service was amazing.
